Before writing

Do not attach a private or sensitive MP4. Describe the box order, browser, observed state, and the smallest synthetic reproduction you can provide. The tool deliberately avoids collecting file names, byte values, or results, so include only the non-sensitive context you want reviewed.

Scope

Support can address the checker interface and top-level parser behavior. It cannot provide a codec license opinion, forensic recovery, delivery-network diagnosis, or a guarantee that third-party playback software will accept a file.
